We have luxurious and informative wine tasting experiences as well as being Australia's most awarded Sparkling Wine Label. Offering premium, private and bespoke tasting experiences available to be booked. a range of Tasting Experiences and appointments available ranging from 40 minutes to two hours. Tasting experiences and masterclasses are carried out in a safe and informative manner, and private tastings are available if preferred. The cellar door is located at Bay of Fires Winery, which is also the home to the Bay of Fires and Eddystone Point range of cool climate wines.Hint of sweetness on the nose reminiscent of dried fruit such as raisins and dates. Very pleasant creamy and buttery taste, lightly oaked and a dry finish. Unique to any other sparkling wine I have tried and extremely enjoyable, I would definitely recommend everyone try it at least once.
